A glass of orange juice is just as good, especially if it is mimosa style! Our balcony and view is such a peaceful and serene setting. It is also the perfect place to sit with your favorite book while having a sandwich for lunch or pizza for dinner. Taking a nap in our comfy chaise lounge is another option!
The view from our balconies overlook the full stretch of South (Crescent) Beach and the Gulf waters. Our views are some of the best on the island. Some call it the “million dollar view” and we have to say we agree!
Our condos are 2B/2B and every room has a beautiful view. Sea Mar Condos have a fully equipped kitchen and we supply everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation.
Our units are located in South Seas resort, a secure gated community. Both condos are on the 19th (top floor) in Towers 3 & 4. The resort features a nice lighted covered garage, heated pool, fast elevators, and laundry facilities.

We have to recommend Doreen’s Cup of Joe, which is located across Collier Boulevard from South Seas resort. They offer fresh squeezed Orange Juice (good coffee too) that is sure to please.
