Meet The Owners

We are Larry and Teresa Luber from Kingsport, TN. Teresa grew up near Bristol, VA and Larry in the St. Louis area. We both love to travel and Marco Island has become our favorite destination. Larry and I fell in love with Marco Island several years ago and we vacation here frequently. It is the one "magical" place where we can totally relax and each time we leave the island we want to come back. We are excited to share the Marco Island experience with you!

About Our Properties

Our condos are 2 BR/2 Bath with an additional queen sleeper sofa perfect for the family of 2-6 people. They are on the 19th (top) floors of South Seas Northwest, Towers 3 & 4, overlooking Crescent Beach in Marco Island, FL. We strive to make our condos as comfortable and special for your vacation as they are for us when we use them. We are pleased to share Sea Mar Condo and Sea Mar Condo II with you.

Email us with the dates you would like to book.
We send your contact information to our property manager in Marco Island who will contact you to complete your reservation.
Our property manager is happy to arrange payments for our guests.
